New Posts Trigger - Suggix Help Center

`GET /triggers/new-posts`

Returns recent feedback posts in the API key’s workspace, newest first. The endpoint only checks posts created in the last 30 days.

Query parameters

Parameter	Type	Required	Description
`board_id`	integer	No	Only return posts from this board. Must be a positive integer.
`limit`	integer	No	Maximum number of results, from 1 to 100. Defaults to 100 when omitted or invalid.

Successful response

200 OK returns an array of post objects. An empty array means no matching posts were found in the lookback period.

`board_name`, `board_url`	string	Board display name and URL slug.
`creator_name`, `creator_email`, `creator_photo_url`	string	Creator details; optional values may be omitted.
`creator_is_admin`	boolean	Whether the creator is a workspace administrator; may be omitted when false.
`title`, `url`	string	Post title and URL slug.
`text`	string	Serialized Editor.js document JSON.
`html`, `preview`	string	Rendered post content and plain-text preview; may be omitted when empty.
`is_pinned`, `is_spam`	boolean	Post flags.
`comments`, `votes`, `views`	integer	Comment, vote, and view counts.
`total_mrr`, `total_arr`	number	Revenue totals; omitted when zero.
`owner_id`, `due_date`, `status_id`	integer or `null`	Optional owner, due date, and status identifiers. `due_date` is a Unix timestamp in milliseconds.
`status_name`	string or `null`	Status display name.
`status_type`	integer or `null`	Status category: `1` Backlog, `2` Planned, `3` In Progress, `4` Completed, `5` Canceled.
`priority`	integer or `null`	Priority: `1` Low, `2` Medium, `3` High, `4` Urgent.
`tags`	array	Post tags; each tag is an object.
`voted`	boolean	Whether the API key owner has voted for this post.
`created_at`, `updated_at`	integer	Unix timestamps in milliseconds.
`deleted_at`	integer	Deletion timestamp in milliseconds; omitted when not deleted.

Errors

HTTP status	Response	Cause
`400`	`{"error":"invalid board_id"}`	`board_id` is not a positive integer.
`401`	`{"error":"invalid or missing API key"}`	The API key is absent or invalid.
