Post Status Changes Trigger - Suggix Help Center

`GET /triggers/post-status-changes`

Returns recent post status changes in the API key’s workspace, newest first. The endpoint only checks changes created in the last 30 days.

Query parameters

Parameter	Type	Required	Description
`limit`	integer	No	Maximum number of results, from 1 to 100. Defaults to 100 when omitted or invalid.

Successful response

200 OK returns an array of status change objects. An empty array means no matching changes were found in the lookback period.

Response fields

Field	Type	Description
`id`, `workspace_id`, `post_id`	integer	Change, workspace, and affected post identifiers.
`post`	object	Full post with board, creator, owner, status, counts, tags, and timestamps. Fields are the same as in the New Posts trigger.
`from_status_id`, `to_status_id`	integer or `null`	Previous and new status identifiers. A missing previous status is `null`.
`from_status`, `to_status`	object or `null`	Previous and new status objects. A status contains `id`, `workspace_id`, `member_id`, `name`, `type`, `sort`, `created_at`, and `updated_at`.
`changed_by`	object or `null`	Actor with `id`, `name`, `photo_url`, and `email`.
`created_at`	integer	Change timestamp in Unix milliseconds.

status.type values are 1 Backlog, 2 Planned, 3 In Progress, 4 Completed, and 5 Canceled. The internal changed_by_id is not returned separately; use changed_by.id.

Errors

HTTP status	Response	Cause
