Open Roadmap from the dashboard sidebar to view posts grouped by status.

Updating a post in Roadmap also updates the same post in the Posts module. The two views stay connected.

Use the sort menu to control how cards are ordered.

Update status
Status determines which roadmap column a post appears in.

Planned places it in the planned roadmap column, while In Progress communicates that work has started.
Set priority
Priority helps your team communicate urgency and sequencing.

- Medium

Assign an owner
Assign an owner when a team member is responsible for planning, investigating, or delivering the item.
No owner.
Owner information helps your team coordinate work. It is separate from the public user who submitted the feedback.
Set a due date
Use due dates when you are ready to share expected timing.
